minejl reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.
Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the minejl Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. minejl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
minejl is required to conduct KYC verification in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You agree to submit valid government-issued identification and any other documentation requested by minejl's compliance team. Accounts that fail KYC verification may be restricted or closed.
minejl accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. minejl does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. minejl aims to process withdrawal requests within five (5) business days, though most GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within minutes.
All transactions are subject to minejl's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance procedures. minejl reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions or where unusual activity is detected. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending satisfactory completion of AML checks.
minejl offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer, including Wagering Requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.
Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and may only be used for wagering on eligible games. Winnings generated from Bonus Funds are credited to the bonus balance and remain subject to Wagering Requirements until fully cleared.
minejl reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any Player found to be exploiting bonuses, engaging in bonus abuse, or using strategies designed to circumvent Wagering Requirements will have their bonus balance forfeited and may have their Account suspended.

All games on the Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, minejl's records shall be the definitive source of truth for determining the outcome of that round. minejl will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes arising from technical issues fairly and promptly.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the minejl Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
minejl reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, forfeit all balances therein, and report the matter to relevant Philippine authorities where required by law.
All content on the minejl Platform, including but not limited to the minejl brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and underlying technology, is the exclusive property of minejl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of minejl.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, minejl, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
minejl's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
minejl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. minejl makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose.
minejl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all Players. We provide a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from your Account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options.
If you believe you may have a gambling problem, we strongly encourage you to use our self-exclusion tool, which allows you to temporarily or permanently restrict your access to the Platform. During a self-exclusion period, minejl will take reasonable steps to prevent you from accessing your Account and will suspend all promotional communications.

Upon Account closure for reasons other than Player-initiated self-exclusion or voluntary closure, minejl will conduct a review of the Account balance. Verified real-money balances (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete Wagering Requirements) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to the completion of any outstanding compliance checks.
Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting minejl's customer support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
minejl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by minejl's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to minejl's legal retention obligations under Philippine law.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to minejl's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent minejl from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
